I read this about the revised iMacs;

"Removing the logic board from the iMac, iFixit found that the 21.5-inch model features an empty PCIe SSD slot, which means that it could very well be expanded if a user chose to do so. The 27-inch model also features this empty slot."

What would you, Could you put in this slot?? I am not really sure how it could be used (low computer experience). Please tell me all that it could be used for.

Well the MR article specifies that it is an SSD slot. It may be possible to stick another PCIe card in there, but given it is stuck inside the casing it wouldn't be useful (To add extra ports, for example.)

So it seems that maybe you could add a second wireless card. But for the most part it is just for an SSD to either run dual HDD's or set up your own Fusion drive.

I don't know about the rest of you but:

2x graham crackers
2x marshmallow
1x chocolate square

I want to see if my iMac runs warm enough to make s'mores.
