What countries have highest Apple market share?

Does anyone know off hand, or have a link to a page that might say, which countries have the largest percentage of Apple users in terms of market share?

I've suspected Japan, the UK, France and the United States as the top areas, but don't have any figures...

I would say US followed by Australia, UK, then Japan. Then France, Greece and Arab countries probably come next.
