What Cydia Apps are needed after the iOS 5 Tethered Jailbreak?

Hello,

I wanted to know which apps are needed from Cydia after doing the ios 5 tethered jailbreak? I heard that there are some apps needed, to make sure that other apps work properly, like Activator, sbsettings, etc?
