What date is iLife 2009 coming out?

I just purchased a MBP and requested the 9.95 upgraded from Apple's site. My invoice says that it's shipping Feb 2. I don't know if the same applies for normal retail sales.

Got all excited when I saw a package from Apple yesterday. It was iWork. Forgot I ordered both.

It does not show that it has shipped yet. I would guess a few weeks.
