zero, although I think last year Apple had a small discount if you ordered for the Apple Store.

It's usually really low. Amazon tends to have much better deals. Apple tends to do like 8% or 10% off. Student discount is better.
$100 tops. Better off finding a student in your family to purchase with a discount. The student discount chops a big chunk off of the AppleCare cost as well (something you'll want to have for a rMBP IMO)

That a great deal. Better than my Employee Discount through work that I used 2+ weeks ago. By about $30.
Some retailers will have a gift card offer with the purchase of a Mac - that might be a better deal than just getting $50-70 off the list price. Also, Best Buy has been running a %5 discount on all Macs fairly regularly over the last couple of years.
