I just don't get how people can afford these plans. My wife is a teacher and I work for the State of Florida.
The plan itself is $150 per month, each iPhone is anywhere from $25-$32 per month. Florida has the *HIGHEST* telecommunication taxes of any state.
$150 + "$30" + "$30" = $210 before taxes my bill will be over $250.
My Directv bill (without NFL Sunday Ticket) is under $100 a month and goes up $40 a month with it (we cancelled it this year).
My Centurylink 20gb plan is $80 a month
My wife has a voice only plan with over 800 minutes roll-over and we pay around $60 a month for it. ($40 "-ish" for the plan and another $20 "-ish" in taxes)
I just don't see how people can afford these plans. We're both college educated, have jobs, but it seems like an insane jump just to have "data".
