Just curious as what Apple do with their returned items as I've sent back a fully maxed out 16 MBP and just last week, the new Studio monitor?
Both are pretty hot items and are impossible to get quickly (here in the UK at least).
Where does a Studio monitor finally end up as its been opened and used so can't sell as new surely?

If the repair of a smartphone (for example) was made correctly, and its price is significantly lower than for a new one - then personally I am not afraid of the prospect of buying such a gadget. It is important to understand that you can save significantly on the purchase, especially when the device is badly needed, and the budget is very limited and does not intend to increase in the near future for some reason.
