I have brought every single one of the app's below but it keeps telling me i havent is there anything i can do?

and i get this every time i click buy

Click Buy and you'll eventually get the prompt that you have previously purchased them and that you can download them again.

Try deleting them off your iPhone. Hook your cable up to your computer and then manually (in the tabs section in iTunes for your phone) manually drag them over and sync.

Confirm you are using your correct account. I have two with iTunes and will get the same message if I have the one opened but it is the other that has the apps registered.

Upgrade them from iTunes then sync them over. I had that problem once, and they upgraded fine from iTunes even if they don't from your phone
