Hello

I have decided to loan my iPod Touch to a friend for an extended loan. What do I have to do to prepare it so when my friend downloads from the Itunes store, My account is NOT charged. it will be a totally different computer that HE is using and HE will be using itunes for Windows, if that Matters.

Thanks,

Jay

Just have him set up a account with his information. Then he will be charged when he signs in.

You need to start from scatch with the rest. there is a post on this forum on had to wipe it clean.

Have him write you a check for about $300....thats the only preparation you need...LOL

Seriously, there isn't anything you need to do. When he plugs it into his computer it will ask him if he wants to wipe it clean.
