What do i need to download for my friend (new MP, no internet)?

Hi

Both me and my friend ordered new mac pro's with 8800's and he received his today!! I do music, he does video... i still have a few more days to wait

But, he doesn't have access to an internet connection, and so i'm downloading patches and stuff on his behalf.

I've just downloaded the 10.5.2 combo updater, and will get the Leopard Graphics Update as well.

Can anyone tell me what else he needs? There were a load of little updates (even iLife stuff...) since leopard came out, is there a list of them anywhere?

If it helps, he uses the Avid suite...

No internet, that is just sad. I would not be able to survive. Can he bring his comp over to you? I didn't think the iLife updates were available besides from software update, but I could very well be wrong.

Yeah- would probably be easier if he brought the MP to your place and spent an hour doing updates.

If anything you could burn the OS X update and graphics update, but I'd make him wait for everything else until he gets an internet connection.
