What do I need to preorder from Apple

I searched and couldn't find an answer but Im looking to preorder friday from apple and will be using my moms upgrade, the account is also in her name. I have verizon so if I try to purchase from the Apple store online is that something I can do or do I need to use the verizon site. Im trying to find out what info I might need so I don't need to call my mom at 3am and wake her up if I need something else. Thanks

You'll need the primary account holders phone #, billing zip code, and the last four digits of the account holders social security number. That's all I remember needing.

A question in addition to this. I heard it mentioned in a post here that the address used on the Verizon account is taken into consideration when preordering? My billing address on my credit card must match the address on the Verizon account?
