What do you guys think these PPC laptops are worth? (Buying advice requested)

I'm looking into getting the following models of PPC computers to add to my collection. What do you think a good price would be for me acquire them at?

-14" iBook G3 @ 900MHz
-14" iBook G4 @ 1.42Ghz

When I want to price check I usually see what they're going for on eBay.

On mine the G3 is not available from anyone, and the G4 is $150ish. Haha. Will check eBay as well...

eBay has the G3 without the battery or charger for $59, and the G4 is around $125. Hoping to catch a fully functional G3 at around $70, and fully functional G4 at $100. The waiting game begins. On the subject of waiting, my PowerMac G5 is on the way right now!

$150 is pushing it, I got my G4 (in sig) got $100+$14 shipping.
I would say maybe $125 maximum for the latest iBook.

The last revision iBooks (12" 1.33 and the 14" 1.42ghz) are the only ones worth getting. They have more built in ram, better features overall, the 900mhz g3 has a LOT Of problems.
