It’s going to come in two models. $1999, 15.4-inch LED backlit display. 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 3MB L2 Cache, 2GB 1066MHz DDR3 Memory, the two GeForces, 250GB hard drive and SuperDrive.

Second config is $2499. 2.53GHz, 6MB L2 Cache, 4GB memory, 512MB video memory and bigger hard drive.

hold on a moment.

unless im misinterpreting you, the macbook pro has been able to use 4gb ram for a while

I'm impressed that they kept the 1440x900 resolution. They must be the only one in the world that have a newly designed 15.4" laptop with less than 1680x1050 for prises above $1000. Good job!

Seriously Apple?

i like the overall design i guess, not the display so much though. i'm not a fan of the black bezel. pretty lame refresh imo.
also keeping the white MB around, but only lowering it $100 is just silly.

I like the dual graphics and the processors although those are evolutionary upgrades and are to be expected.

Don't like the keyboard, lack of matte option and bigger footprint.

I think with the removal of the FW 400 port (fine IMO) they could have added one more USB.

Smaller size and weight, keyboard.

Don't like YET ANOTHER display connection standard. Another adapter to get lost.

I don't much mind the glossy display -- easier to see outside.

got a feeling, they will revise the future revision to have the FW400... a macbook without the FW will be a step back.... damn. they will soon realise the mistake n they will learn from it. =)
