I don't draw or do video editing. I use the iPad to surf the web, read ebooks, check email, iMessage, calendar, todo list, some document editing using Pages, casual games.

Reading and web. But I have to say, the Safari refresh is getting more and more annoying by the day. It's definitely detracting from the experience.

Here's the breakdown of what I use my devices for:

Mac:
- Papers
- Keynote
- Web Surfing (Data-heavy, non-touch friendly sites)
- Video editing, Photo editing
- Watching TV Shows (from other sources, if you know what I mean)

iPad:
- Netflix, Amazon Video, YouTube
- Safari (recipes, DIY projects and howtos, News)
- Social News (FB and Twitter vis Instapaper or Safari)
- E-mail
- Light productivity (keynote, pages, pdf reviews etc.)

iPhone
- Social Media (Snapchat, Vine, FB, Twitter, IG)
- iMessage
- Photography
- Spotify Music
- Mobile Internet (duh)
- Mobile Phone (duh)

Mostly for web browsing, email, a couple of simple games and watching videos from HBOGo or the TCM app.

Right now mostly Editorial for writing and working with Taskpaper lists. URL2PDF, and Cabinet to save and annotate stuff.

For photography, Stackables, for music, Cubasis, for number stuff, Solver, for animation, Animation Desk, for making pretty layouts of my work, PazteUp.

Same.

Reading and web. But I have to say, the Safari refresh is getting more and more annoying by the day. It's definitely detracting from the experience.
To me, the really annoying part is that I was already used to the constant browser refresh starting with the iPhone 2G up until the iPad 3/iOS 5. However, I experienced a significant decrease in Safari webpage refresh with the iPad 4/iOS 6 (I think it was just iOS 6 in general). Now on the iPad Air/iOS 7, the refresh became more a lot more frequent again. :(

I use mine for drawing/art, writing, podcasts, streaming music, ebooks/magazines/PDFs/newspapers, websurfing and a few games. I also have an app on it I use for a part time gig I do and my husband uses it with an iRig HD to jam on his electric guitar. :)

Everything

I generate forms, letters, newsletters, graphs and presentations. I do about 90% of my work from my ipad. What's left is mainly photoshop to generate some graphics for above items.

Netflix, hbo go, movie box, surf the web, some tapatalk, stream sports when I can, and use it as a hotspot a lot.

I use it for everything I can. That means internet surfing, music, videos, movies, Office 365, note taking and streaming. It can't replace my MBP, but it does a fine job supplementing it, in my opinion.

Since apple fans are all artists, only for art. I use it as a drawing tablet and only for graphic art and digital art.

Heavy web browsing/posting on forums
Streaming video
Social networking
Gaming (Asphalt, GT Racing, Real Racing, NFS etc...)
Taking notes
Research for university assignments
