I have my at I think around 30% and the brightness is still pretty good but this % on my iPhone 4 is too dark. Anybody else found this?

I usually have my iPhone set around 50%. My iPad is usually around 100%-I just think it looks great. If I am in a darker room, or trying to conserve battery, I will set it towards the bottom. I find the higher brightness helps hide fingerprints better in certain lighting conditions.

Those who have it higher does your battery still last as long as it should?

50-60% as not to be bugged by backlight bleeding. I use my electronics in well lit rooms anyway.

I keep my iPad brightness at around 0-10% brightness. Any higher makes my eyes hurt. Well, that's good for my battery. ;)

+1 to previous. Haha.

Normally around 50% and same with iPhone!

I'm set to 30/40% inside the house I crank it up to 60/75% if I'm outside like in a shade place like Starbucks ect..my first tablet and loving it..:apple:

30-50% depends on where I am, but I do not like either my iPhone 4, iPad 1, or MacBook Pro to be too bright, I like the darker side.

keep it at 50% with auto on, it's usually lower than 50% with that setting. Guess I just don't need much more brightness.

Most of the time its 40%, personally i find it the most "natural" looking at that setting. When outside in sun its 100%, and in the evening 10 %.
