My iPhone 3GS's home button stopped functioning correctly at no fault of my own so off it went for repair.

I received a replacement under warranty. Looked new, seemed fine but the vibration was extremely loud and when i shook it, I could hear something rattle inside (faint but It was rattling) so I rang up apple and eventually after the guy on the phone spoke to his Senior Advisor I was told the phone was going to be replaced. This time I chose the express replacement which has a hold of 445€ on my credit card. It was confirmed on the phone my a employee that I will not have to pay this fee as long as I send back the phone.

So I've received another phone, vibration is fine. And my old replacement is due to be delivered tomorrow. I noticed the serial of the old replacement says the iPhone is out of warranty but I rang again and was told that the phone has 90 days since day of replacement/repair.

Do the guys at repair know what notes have been taken on my case? I'm afraid there going to receive the phone (brand new condition btw) check the serial and be like "oh its out of warranty charge him 215 euro"

I only sent back the phone because I was assured I would not have to pay any money.
