Found some handmade cases from Germany instead of the smart cover. Very simple and good material. Decided to go with the grey/red:

Cost me less money than a smart cover, and I don't have to worry about the back getting scratched when I'm put it away.

These are some good looking "cases" for the new iPad 2. Definitely considering picking one of these up when I get my iPad 2, and I'll ask if they can make it a bit wider to accommodate a smart cover as well.

This is my first iPad so I guess they are called sleeves instead. Regardless I think they're awesome and ordered mine today.
