What do you think of this setup?

I spent a good while downloading 8 themes and hacking the icons I wanted out of each one, loading them to the phone and arranging their position.

Just thought I'd get feedback on the look. Here it is with and without the label turned on.

I prefer "busy" , which is great because before was "bland" to me.

It looks very, very cluttered. Also, too many of the icons are very similar to one another in both shape and color, making them not immediately discernible. These are things that are very important design considerations when creating a user interface to enhance, not cripple, the user experience.

But if that works for you, there you are.

Nothing is positioned correctly, labels are off-center. Some icons are missing reflections. Incredibly cluttered, hard to use and just...bad.

The reflections are being made. Scratch that off the list. I do not actually use labels, just turned them on for reference.

I have found it extremely easy to use. I would think you'd have to have bad eyes not to be able to use it.

For me there's just no connection between all of the icons. Like installer and customize are normal icons, the stocks icon is angled back, while the mail icon is straight up... Yes, looks cluttered and without a theme to me.

BUT...like you have said, this is for you. What works best for you is what you should have. If you like it, keep it. My wife didn't like my theme so she went and changed it. That lasted about 3 seconds.
