What do you use to clean your iMac screen?

What do you use to clean your iMac and the iMac's screen? Does it scratch or anything? Recommend it?
I have the alu iMac. Is using water on the cloth that came with the imac okay to use. I just wanna get some dust, fingerprints, and dirt off the screen.

You don't need to add any liquids. The cloth will get the dust and marks off all by itself.

You can put the cloth in the washing machine every couple of months.

Wipe off with a microfibre cloth.

Well Tbh, i got my iMac 20" 1 month ago,and the apple cloth is working great for me.

I just put it in with my socks! 30mins quick wash, no drying.
