What do you use to track your expenses?

Hi everyone, I've been keeping a fancy spreadsheet with all sorts of formula, recording my expenses (with date, description, category, amount, etc).

I want to export all this data to an iOS app because it's getting out of hand. What do you recommend?

My requirements:
- Able to import CSV files
- Beautiful UI
- Backup feature (Dropbox or iCloud)
- Universal (iPad + iPhone) app, if there's a Mac/Web app, it's a big advantage too.
- Regularly maintained by the developers, preferably known developers.
- Price up to $10 for both the iPad/iPhone

Account Tracker for me.

I posted a thread a few months back where I had tried about 15 different apps, and they all let me down in one way or another, Account Tracker has been the best of the bunch by far.
