What do you use your Ipad for Most?

Hi,

Just wondering what most people use there ipad for? Recently i tend to use mine more for twitter, and watching videos on my break in work.

Also does anyone have a good desktop stand a horizontal one i have the official one (iPad 1st gen) incase anyone is wondering / makes a difference.

I love the tv shows from iTunes really handy although they cost a fortune really so i've started ripping my own DVD's but this takes ages to do just working my way through a couple of TV shows at the minute.
 
In order of time used from greatest to least:

iBooks
magazines (Wired, EGM)
Twitter
Friendly
Netflix/Hulu/iTunes videos
Flipboard
Words w Friends
Hanging w Friends
general web surfing
 
The Daily
Zite
Games (Great Little War Game currently)

At work, I have a couple of apps that I use occasionally, but the iPad mostly sits on my desk unopened...

Right now it's my main form of entertainment while breastfeeding a newborn (I'm typing this one-handed, as I do almost everything these days). Which mostly consists of web, FlipBoard, and games that can be played one-handed.

Before that, I was using it a lot for to do lists, and for note-taking as part of my research.
 
1) Reading (ASoIaF, EGM, etc)
2) Web browsing (forums, mangashare, etc)
3) Learning (Human Japanese, taking notes, etc)
4) Videos (Netflix and YouTube)
 
Recently I use it mostly to look up things I need to know when I study. Medical dictionary, anatomy app, physiology book, scientific calculator, etc. on there.
 
I've found a lot of uses.

Gaming is probably my biggest time sink and so far it's helped me cope while my Asus "gaming laptop" is a inoperable paperweight. I have an Xbox 360 as well (collecting dust), but the iPad 2 gaming has been amazing (amount and quality of content).

Music creation with GarageBand, Thumb Jam...etc

A lot of surfing.

E-Book reading (currently on The Passage).

Movies and TV series watching (on the last season of The Office, having downloaded and watched them on iTunes/iPad.

I use Pages to work on the next great American novel.

Email checking for work....email management on this thing rocks.
 
First of all, I juse it a lot to surf on the internet and facebook, taktere etc.
Music, movies also.

But after the summerbreak, I'll be able to download my books for school onto it, so I can read and do homework on it.

Abseloutly love the iPad!
 
What my iPad does most (OK, all) of the time is just take up space. Fortunately it is only a thin slice of space consumed. :D
