Aside from the obvious, custom watch faces, what else would you like to see from an  Watch Jailbreak?

Personally I think it will take many official developers a long time to put out their apps for the watch, if at all, so by using APIs an making our own apps we could get many services on the watch without waiting around for companies to perfect theirs.

what services would you "do" w the jb?

apps can show notificaitons w.out using the watch apk anyways...

I was thinking about Motion Gestures.

Other than shake your hand quite rapidly after taking a glance for second to reject a call - i Can't think of any other use for it tho :p

What makes you think there will be an Apple Watch jailbreak? No one even knows how many people will buy them. It's not gonna be released for like 6 months. And on top of it all... It doesn't even run iOS.

Where was it said it doesn't run iOS?

You know, that's a good idea. It would certainly stop those interruptive calls when I'm in the process of...ahem..."shaking my hand quite rapidly."

yeah, it was said somewhere they had to do a new OS since iOS would take too much power. Is prob a combo of the based OS of the old nanos w touchscreen capabilities like the nano 6G (Pixa OS based or something like that is called I forget) and just upgraded to new more powerful chips.

Does it look like the :apple:tv is running iOS? Well guess what it is.

Here you go. I knew I was right - I just didn't remember where I heard it. It may have been said in the keynote itself.

Thank you. I know I heard it somewhere. I just couldn't figure out where.
