What dock is everyone using for 16" Macbook Pro

Hello all,

I have been looking for a good dock to set up with my 38 ultrawide and 27 inch vertical monitor but not sure which are the better ones to get. What is everyone using?

I’m using a Caldigit TS3+ and so far so good.

It used to give my 16 Intel the occasional KP, but it has been solid with the M1 Pro.

I don't have the 16" but I am using the Caldigit USB-C HDMI Dock with my 14" model. It has met my needs and expectations so far.
