What does "Application Gifting Redemption" in itunes Connect Sales

Yesterday few of my apps were download, in CUSTOMER PRICE column I am getting "P" infront of two rows, one says 'Application Gifting Transactions' and other says 'Application Gifting Redemption' and cost os $0 infront of it.

What does it mean? does it mean users returned my apps?
