What does dressing stingy mean? I've heard someone say that person dresses really stingy.

People can dress on the cheap pretty well, I'd guess that person missed. Prolly a bad thrift store find that should have stayed there.

Walmart sweatpants and a baggy wolf shirt. Thats dressing stingy.

I dress fairly nice but I stick to the clearance rack or sales times at my favorite stores because I would rather spend $20 on a shirt than $50, more money for my electronics
