On my PC I used LimeWire a lot to download music what do people on Macs use you can't see a LimeWire on the App Store. ??

All music sharing is not illegal and where did you read in my post anything about pirated music ??
 
The Mac App Store (MAS) is not the only place to get software, and as of 2010 Limewire is no longer distributed via official means due to some court order and something about laws and such. Maybe you have heard of this.

As already pointed out, you can get your music via Amazon, and if the artists distribute music for free, their own websites are probably the best bet to get that music.
