What does it mean "Keyboard/User's Guide(Z)-USA Country Kit-AMU" ?

I bought a macbook retina 13 from AE Apple store
and I got this in the configuration

Keyboard/User's Guide(Z)-USA Country Kit-AMU

Could anyone please tell me which keyboard layout i will get exactly ?
and which power adapter i will get too ?

PS the power brick is universal, just the wall cable and duckhead are country-specific.
