I hear apple released 5.1.1 FW, what does this mean for A5 users?
I have an iPad 2 jailbroke on 4.3.3 and I also have an iPad 2 jb on 5.0.1.
I was wanting to restore both to 5.1 and jailbreak when the jb came out...now what?
blobs for 5.1 are saved, but probably are useless.

I didn't see anything for the iPad 2 or 3, but there is a JB out for the iPhone 4, iPad 1 and iPod Touch 4G and below that are running 5.1.1 right now, according to the folks at Redmond Pie. It didn't take them long at all.

As for our devices, not yet. I still have my old iPad 1 and since I haven't jailbroke a device since the iPhone 3G came out, I might as well give it a try on my old iPad before I sell it. Wouldn't hurt.

The A5/A5X jailbreak hasn't been released yet so there's no change to that in respect to 5.1 and 5.1.1.

There's been a few tweets going around suggesting folks to hold off on updating to 5.1.1 if you care about being able to jailbreak, yet there's been some comments by others who have successfully jailbroken their A5/A5X devices stating their JB's are still working, suggesting the exploits they used for 5.1 currently works for 5.1.1.
