What does this icon mean?

I just setup a new Airport Extreme router for my home network, and found a new icon on my iphone after finalzing the setup.

What is the icon to the left of the 81%?

Battery icon for headset or something else connected to Bluetooth.

Hey check here

I'm guessing it's the bluetooth Headset battery indicator. Check your Bluetooth settings if you want to turn off the indicator.
