What does this icon mean?

Recently, the contacts widget on my iPhone is showing an icon on the top right side of my daughter’s contact picture. I’ve searched unsuccessfully to try to figure out what it’s meaning is.Does anyone know what it means?

Think it means Screen Time is on.

Set up Screen Time for yourself on Mac

On your Mac, turn on Screen Time to learn how you spend time on your devices.

Downtime

Schedule periods during which you can use only the apps that you've allowed. A downtime notification appears 5 minutes before downtime starts. After downtime starts, the app shows a message saying that you've reached your limit on the app.
