What does this mean on the watch face?

I just bought a 42MM Apple Sport Watch, and am currently using the first watch face (analog with numbers). Anyway, in the top left corner, it says "AMS 3:34" What does this mean????

It sounds like the World Time complication. Force touch (press deep) on the screen and press customize and you can change things quite a bit.
