Problem solved. I did not realize you cannot delete a thread here.
(Or, can you? I could not find delete button anywhere.....)

I tried "Command+Option+P+R" then "Command+R" when restarting and it worked.

=====================================

I recently bought a new MBP and would like to sell my old MB.

I erased SSD using disk utility, and tried to reinstall High Sierra. However, it failed to reinstall macOS because “the recovery server could not be contacted.”

So I just let it go and restarted MB and now I am stuck with this sign on MB screen.

Please help me...

It means it can't find a startup disk. Press Command-R to go to Recovery mode to reinstall macOS.
