What ebook format should I buy for Stanza?

I'm trying to buy an ebook, the first time I ever buy one. But I am clueless into what format to get, or where is the best place to get it.

Right now I'm checking ebook.com, and they list three options:

-Adobe
-Mobile-Pocket Reader
-Microsoft Reader
