What else is my Macbook ROM drive compatiable with

I just replaced my Macbook's CD RW Drive with a DVD/RW Drive. I'm just wondering what other models of Macbook is the CD RW Drive compatible with? The particular model of Macbook was from an A1181 model, not Unibody. Could I use this ROM drive on a Mac mini or iMac or is there anyplace online where I can find this out?
