What emulators work? (4.1, can upgrade?)

I'm on 4.1 and I want to know which emus work. I currently have Gameboy ADX or something like that. Gameboy color only. I miss my 4.0 on my 3rd gen cause everything worked?

So my question is which ones work on 4.1 or 4.2.1 cause I'll upgrade and jailbreak if needed.
