What ever happened to the MBP Incase Hardshell?

I thought these things were due out in May? Im getting my MBP around the 20th and i was hoping to get one of these to add a little protection. I keep checking their website every so often hoping to see it there, but thus far they have been absent.

Have they scratched them totally?

I've had mine for a month, and have been waiting for the hardshell ever since. I've literally checked their site everyday, and called them twice the last week. The rep said it will be on the site today, after lunch. In fact, goincase.com is down right now, perhaps we'll see the hardshell when the site is online again.
Apple stores won't stock it for a week or two(shipping).

bastards.. the site works now and still no hardshell. I can't wait any longer... or i'll poop my pants, and when I do, I'm going to send the poop to them.
