i saw it on TV a bit. Just like all their older ads, it has been replaced by fresh new material.

That ad was only to stop a lawsuit breaking out between eminem and Apple. Apple wouldn't have advertised their products with him otherwise.
 
It was shown at Apple's iPod media event last fall and immediately posted to their website. Within hours, they took it down...I believe it had something to do with mistiming of the ad's release with respect to Eminem's album release. It did eventually show up on TV...I saw it numerous times. I'm not sure if they ever reposted it to the website.

Apple was then served with a cease and desist letter from the shoe company Lugz, claiming that Apple copied their concept used in an earlier ad for their shoes. I don't know if anything ever came of that, but the ad eventually just faded away.

An older iPod ad showed a kid singing along to an Eminem song but Apple somehow "forgot" to get the rights... :rolleyes:
