what exactly does turning off/on '3g' and 'data' do in SBS

where can i go to get new stuff for sbs also like i saw on button free up memory and include last notifcations/messages in there

Cydia sections addons sbbsettings I think that's what you mean. turning off 3G is more for people that are unlocked for tmobile. but I also use it if I have a week signal sometimes turning it off and back on I get a much better signal. same thing with data sometimes it's handy to turn it off and back on.. youtube has tone of videos on themes and tweaks including sbsettings.
