What external dvd drive is compatible with both iMac & Macbook Air?

My dvd region is locked on to region 1 on my imac & apple advisor said there isnt anything to be done, only thing is to get an external drive. I cant see anything on the apple website which is compatible with both imac & macbook air. I think its best to get something that will work on both.

As long as the drive supports your version of Mac OS and USB, you should be good to go. Check out the Lacie LightScribe drive; you'll get Firewire for your iMac and USB for your Air.
