I'm not sure what my options are here. I want to format my external HD so that I can read/write in both Mac/Windows environments. I know FAT32 works on both but I have files larger than 4GB that can't be put on there.

NTFS can't be written to from OS X, same for Mac format on Windows(unless I buy Macdrive which is not practical since I want to be able to load up my files on any Windows PC). What are my options? Thanks!
