What firmware are you using on your crucial m4?

Just wondering if anyone has upgraded their firmware, and how their macbook pro is with the upgrades.

Mine was working perfectly for months, but have been getting a few beachballs with safari every now and then, but not sure if it's my ssd, or something else.
