what form will the $200 refund take?

I ordered my 32Gb 3GS from Apple.com for $499. I was eligible for upgrade in August, so according to the AT&T press release yesterday I'm entitled to $200 which will come from Apple. My question is, what form will this refund take? Credit to the Apple store? Credit to my AT&T account? Credit to my credit card?

according to the email I received from Apple we should be getting a credit on our cc card over the next 5 days.
