What game is this?

Does anyone know what game this is? I didn't get a chance to ask the person on the flight. It uses "cards" that each player has and appears to make roads for your team while blocking others.

Any tips?

Yes it's Carcassonne and it's one of my favorite board game. Now I don't have to take my board and pieces with me, this app is just awesome
