I only have 3 games on my 2.53 GHz; COD 4, Team Fortress 2, and The Sims 3. They all run seamlessly without any problems.

I have both COD4 and NFS Carbon on my 2.4GHz GeForce 9400M unibody Macbook, and they run flawlessly. Since my Macbook is a generation older than your Macbook Pro, they should run fine on your machine too.
