Today is the last day of my "Ships by" shipping window for my 17" HR Matte MBP, and my order hasn't moved from "Not Yet Shipped". It's already 5:20pm here and already "tomorrow" in China, so they've essentially missed the window.

Is this normal? I don't understand.
 
Also when they say tomorrow they don't have to specify where, but it usually means where the company is based, in this case CA.
