What happened to Google Map's future traffic feature?

I remember when google maps had this thing where you can input directions and for a future time and date and it would give you expected traffic times based on past traffic data, at least on the desktop version.

Am I missing something here? Otherwise, where can I get similar info?

I'm having to drive tomorrow morning 60 miles to a doctors appointment from a far away place considering I'm house sitting a friends place and am not sure if I should leave two hours early, or four...

The better question would be: what happened to the REST of Google Maps before the new ones. No more 45˚ shots…those were my favorite.
