I have 10.2, and i remember how in 10.1, when you hid a program, it would cause a level of transparency for that icon in the dock. Now in 10.2 they removed that feature? Is it an option now that i have yet to find or what?

Never heard of this "hiding a program".

I know about TinkerTool, which alters the opacity of your dock, changes its colors, and even changes the arrow colors.

Here's mine with TinkerTool installed.

I'm talking about when you command-h a program, or option click away from it. It makes all the windows to the program dissapear, useful for just about everything. In 10.1, it made the dock icon for that app slightly transparent so that you could tell it was hidden. Now i cant tell what i have hidden or not.

tinker too should do what you're asking (check versiontracker.com); the option is still there but not accessible without a 3rd party tool.

running 10.2.3 myself, transparency and all.
