General What happened to iTunes Radio?

I haven't used it in a while and decided to give it a go and for some reason I can't star songs and the part that says play more like this is greyed out. Only available option is add a song to wishlist. Anybody know why or if there's a fix?

You can't like songs in a pre made playlist from Apple. You only can on playlists you have made.
