I never owned a mouse with a tilt wheel, where the wheel rolls for vertical scrolling and you can tilt it left right for horizontal scrolling.
but after using my Logi Anywhere 3 mouse for almost two years now, I think I’d really like it if I could do horizontal scrolling with a tilt wheel instead of having to rely on the buttons on the left side of the mouse. I rarely use horizontal scrolling, but sometimes it’s needed.
did this feature just not really work well in practice? Too hard to manufacture? Affected the main vertical scrolling functionality of the wheel? Just curious why this feature seems to have died out.
