I recently installed Snow Leopard. Everything seems to be going great except for the fact that my scrolling isn't "elastic" anymore! I can't remember if this was an option that could be toggled within the Mac, or what...

To explain: before I installed the new OS (I was running Leopard before), I could move two fingers up or down the trackpad (or left and right) to just scroll a little bit, and the contents would continue to scroll some more. (Much like scrolling through pictures or SMS messages on the iPhone.) The best way I know how to describe it is that the scrolling was "elastic." This was even the case in the Finder, iTunes, etc.

Now it doesn't do it at all! I thought that "smooth scrolling" was the option to fix this, but it's not. Any help would be appreciated. I'll buy you a cookie.

Thanks in advance, folks!
